ART CLASS DESCRIPTION
Join us for a hands-on 3-hour workshop that takes you into the fascinating world of lino-printing! This beginner-friendly printmaking workshop will walk you through the process of carving your own stamp block and hand printing with a single-colour process. We will discuss all materials you need and cover different techniques involved with block printing including carving, inking with a brayer, burnishing, and basic registration. Everyone will leave with their own print on acid-free paper and a unique stamp they can use again and again. Whether you're an absolute beginner or looking to refine your skills, this workshop is perfect for artists, hobbyists, and anyone eager to express their creativity.
