Registration and Participation Policy

To help ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants and instructors, ArtStart NL Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or deny registration or participation to any individual whose previous conduct has been deemed disrespectful, disruptive, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inconsistent with the Studio’s values, code of conduct, or community standards.

Past incidents may be considered when assessing registration requests, including behaviour that negatively impacted the learning experience, safety, well-being, or enjoyment of other participants or staff. Decisions regarding registration and participation are final and may be made without providing detailed reasons.

By registering for a class or workshop, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by the Studio’s policies and standards of respectful conduct. The Studio is committed to fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and creative environment for all members of the community.

Our goal is to create a supportive and inspiring space where everyone feels welcome, respected, and able to enjoy the creative process. We appreciate the cooperation of all participants in helping us maintain a positive studio environment.
