ART CLASS DESCRIPTION
Acrylics Explorer: Beyond Intro is designed for those artists who have previous experience with acrylics. In this 4 week class, artists will bring in their own photos or select from source images in the studio. Artists are encouraged to challenge themselves by scaling up in canvas size and choosing images that they perceive are a little more challenging to paint. Guidance and feedback will be provided as you progress through your painting. We will focus on creating composition, accuracy of shapes/forms, color mixing, and discuss the use of additional types of acrylic mediums that you may be interested in trying. What's included? 8 hours of guidance and constructive feedback. All materials will be supplied in this 4 week class (2 hours weekly). This class is led by creative mentor, Karen Furneaux. Please Note: Art Start requires at least 3 registrants to proceed with a class/workshop or studio session. If this minimum is not met, you will be notified and offered an alternative time slot or full refund, whichever you prefer. Cancellation Policy
Time Frame for Refunds: - Full Refund: Offered if a registrant cancels at least 1-2 weeks before the class starts. - Partial Refund: Offered for cancellations made within 3 days of the class start date (e.g., 80% refund). - No Refund: For cancellations made after the first class has started. Transfer Policy: - Registrants are permitted to transfer to another session or class if they cannot attend, depending on availability.
