ART CLASS DESCRIPTION
Capture the personality of your favorite pet or animal in ART START’s Intro to Painting Pets/Animals. This 5 week, beginner-friendly course guides you from initial structure and form to value-focused underpainting, color mixing, texture, and detail. You’ll create vibrant oil portraits from your own images or our curated selections, building confidence and accuracy along the way. Some oil experience helps, but isn’t required. Suitable for: Open to all skill levels - beginners, improvers, returners and experienced artists All materials will be supplied. This class will be led by Karen Furneaux. Please Note: Art Start requires at least 3 registrants to proceed with a class/workshop or studio session. If this minimum is not met, you will be notified and offered an alternative time slot or full refund, whichever you prefer. Cancellation Policy
Time Frame for Refunds: - Full Refund: Offered if a registrant cancels at least 1-2 weeks before the class starts. - Partial Refund: Offered for cancellations made within 3 days of the class start date (e.g., 80% refund). - No Refund: For cancellations made after the first class has started. Transfer Policy: - Registrants are permitted to transfer to another session or class if they cannot attend, depending on availability.
